Title
An urgent notice regarding the life verification of the beneficiary of the Social Security Scheme conducted by the Department of Social Services.
Details
For the information of all the citizens of Gaudia Union who are receiving disability allowance, widow allowance and old age allowance, life verification will be done on 07/08/2023 of 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th wards and on 08/08/2023 the beneficiaries of 6th, 7th, 8th and 9th ward will be done. So all must bring original NID card along with 1 photocopy. 
On that date, the officer from Social Service office will come and do life verification. All must appear in person on the said date. Otherwise, the person is considered dead or inanimate.
